New students will be assessed during the trial lesson. Our coach will evaluate the student's skill level and will recommend the appropriate class.

No Show Policy
6 hours notice beforehand must be given to the Coach if class will be missed. A makeup class can be arranged and has to be taken within 4 weeks of cancellation.

Rain Cancellation Policy
Classes will be cancelled in the event of rain. Parents will be notified of class cancellation at least half an hour before the lesson. 

Classes that are cancelled due to inclement weather will be credited towards the following term. Alternatively, parents may opt to arrange a make-up lesson during the same term.

Public Holiday
No class on Public holidays

Refund Policy
No refund is available once session has begun.
